S-heroes relies on creative learning tools and interactive activities to spread knowledge and change the perceptions of gender justice with consideration to our sociocultural context through “Itsy-Bitsy” steps. Accordingly, the organization works through newly created local cartoon characters to form role models for our targeted generations and group ages. They will hold the messages through gender-learning content to their peers along with other selected influencers. During phase one, characters will present the most prominent topics through sketches, stories & posts that can be diverted into 2D or 3D short cartoon videos. Animated characters and activities will be among the tools used to defend gender justice and put in place adequate gender perception of children and youth. These activities will include but are not limited to events, publications, theater, puppet theater, storytelling sessions, interactive games, etc. At a later stage, an alternative youth board and kids’ groups are to be established with clear roles in the content creation and visualization of ideas. They will eventually form the advocates of the gender justice mission.
